Returning for its second round, we are revisiting an undeniable classic: a washed Ethiopian coffee with prominent peach notes. Hailing from the high hills of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, this washed blend of Kurume and Dega varieties is unparalleled. Grown at elevations up to 2100 masl, the slow maturation of the cherries at these altitudes allows sugars and complex flavors to fully develop inside the beans. The result?
