For residential machines that are used daily, a light brush once a week should be enough. Commercial machines that see more use should be brushed daily.
- Gently run the brush through the gap around the brew group to remove the buildup.
- Allow the brew group to run for a few seconds.
- If needed, backflush the brew groups afterward.
